Exeter Women in Business Society (XWIB) is all about promoting, informing and supporting female students who are interested in pursuing careers in male-dominated industries.
BRINGING THE DISCUSSION TO EXETER
XWIB's fundamental purpose is to help and support Exeter students in their discovery of different career paths, but we also want to explore and engage both students and employers in the discussion about women in the workplace, the glass ceiling and the drivers behind a successful career.
XWIB is not just a ' student society' at the University of Exeter... it is a community of like-minded, ambitious students who inspire greatness in one another.

It doesn't matter what you study, XWIB is here to provide an introduction to a range of careers which are traditionally male-dominated. We cover a variety of fields within our core disciplines: Business/Finance, Law, Humanities/Media and STEM/Entrepreneurship and, as a result, the society welcomes both male and female students across all disciplines.
